Los Angeles – Husband & wife periodontists Dr. Alexandre Aalam & Dr. Alina Krivitsky are using advanced platelet rich fibrin, or “PRF” to regenerate receding gum tissue as an alternative to gum grafting. The technique, which the doctors have named the RejuvaGum Lift™ was first developed in France. Dr. Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky are among the first providers in the US.

After the gums are moved into position through an incision these PRF membranes are placed near the areas of recession and secured with a suture.
